JYM Internships

The Junior Year in Munich can help students who are interested in obtaining internship experience while they are in Germany.

JYM has an extensive network of private and public sector contacts that has allowed us to help students find internships in the fields of marketing, publishing, education, the automotive industry, health care, e-commerce, government, international trade, and economic development consultancy. JYM also partners with the American-German Business Club to facilitate internship opportunities with businesses in Munich.

Most students who take advantage of internship opportuntities facilitated on-site through the JYM office in Munich usually do not seek credit. However, with prior approval from your major advisor, a maximum of 3 credits may be awarded as JY 589 Overseas Internship.

Details about possible internship openings are not available in advance. This information will be provided during Orientation.
