In the event of an emergency, students should use the emergency numbers given to them in Munich to contact the resident director, Prof. Hans-Peter Söder, and the academic coordinators Sommer Forschner and Patricia Thill.

In the event of an emergency, it may be most effective to first contact the Detroit Office, given the time difference to Germany.

The JYM Office in Detroit is open 8:30am to 5:00pm except on holidays. Detroit is in the Eastern Time (EST) zone.
The telephone number of the Munich Office is (calling from the US): 011-49-89 52 30 26 36. Munich is 6 hours ahead of the Eastern Time (EST) zone.
